The Government have classed our services as essential. We are therefore continuing to supply essential goods and services without compromising the safety of our customers and staff.

SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
In order to prioritise safety we have adapted our operations to follow official guidelines and are closely monitoring the situation daily. The health of our staff is being continuously assessed. When scheduling appointments we will ask if your household is currently healthy and where we’re not attending same day we will speak to you again on the morning of appointment to ensure that your situation hasn’t changed. We’re also requesting that our engineers are left to undertake any repair/installation in isolation or at least a minimum 2 metres away from others. Our service engineers have been supplied with gloves and masks which are being used in all properties, along with shoe covers and PPE suits if required. Hand sanitizer is also being used both before and after entering a property and our vehicles and premises are being cleaned and sanitized regularly.
